Better communication and follow up along with knowing where we were at in the process. Ashton herself is very pleasant to speak with and has great customer service on the phone. Dealing with one person during the whole process. Online document processing too confusing.
She was one of two Loan Spec. that kept me informed on my loan.
We had to call for all information on details. Candace was nice and helpful but the process was light on communication from the company

What made it great
Eventhough the whole process took longer than expected, loan officers took the time to keep me in the loop as to what point my application was at an that it was diligently being worked on.
not mess up the documents, not take so long to get the process completed, stop contacting me to set up a refi while I was waiting for this one to be completed
