Better communication and follow up along with knowing where we were at in the process. Ashton herself is very pleasant to speak with and has great customer service on the phone. However, there were many times during the loan process that I had questions that were only answered after several emails and phone calls made by me. Dealing with one person during the whole process. Online document processing too confusing.
Straight forward, constant communication, easy process. Very pleasant experience.
She was one of two Loan Spec. that kept me informed on my loan.
We had to call for all information on details. Candace was nice and helpful but the process was light on communication from the company

What made it great
not mess up the documents, not take so long to get the process completed, stop contacting me to set up a refi while I was waiting for this one to be completed
