There were inconsistencies from the beginning with an issue that no one was able to solve until I finally took it upon myself to contact the initial loan officer. It created tremendous frustration and honestly I was on the verge of leaving. There was a issues with the appointment to sign my documents as well! Really!?! I won’t be recommend this service in the future and if I ever refinance I will not go with Penny MAC period. You can listen to all the recorded lines to see what transpired.

I chose penny Mac because my loan officer was eager to win our business. I was happy with the rate and initial loan estimate. Although it changed several times later without validity...I was happy in the end. Some were very helpful and easy to talk to and a few had attitude and seemed impatient. The processor assigned to me never returned my calls. When she “accidentally” picked up my call she was rude. l had only heard her voice one time!? We closed within the timeframe but it was really close.
