I am very happy with this insurance company! I have had to deal with several of their customer service ppl as well as managers and have been treated with respect each time. Their pricing is fair and I didn't feel like they were pushing me into a policy that I didn't need! I would recommend them to friends and family

We had a roof leak that damaged two rooms. They quickly sent an adjustor who offered to write me a check on the spot or arrange to have their Rapid Response Team do the repair. I decided on the latter, which was a good choice, as the workmen discovered additional hidden damage, all of which they fixed and fixed well. All I had to do was write a check for the deductible.
