At first I was somewhat skeptical about the company. It operates differently than most insurance companies I have used in the past. The idea of a through home inspection was something that I have never in the past had happen. It turned out to be a rewarding experience. The agent I had dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly and in the end I feel as though I definitely made the right choice.! Know let's hope we don"t ever need to use it. !!

I had State Farm Homeowners insurance for 30+ years and never filed a claim. Every year, the rates on my small two-bedroom, two-bath (no pool) and not in a flood zone home increased significantly to the point where I no longer could afford State Farm. A friend recommended People's Trust and I got a comparable policy that I had with State Farm at a reasonable, affordable rate. While I have not had to use my insurance, all dealings with their staff have been professional and courteous.

People's trust Insurance Company has provided me with the same coverage as American security group at an affordable price. As of right now their customer service is excellent. What they offer is what you get no redirecting or reanalyzing and new price hikes. American security group needs to be look at careful before buying insurance from them. Lets see if People's Trust Insurance in the future will provide excellent service if i have a claim. i will let you know
