I called to see if I could get my truck in for a recall item, and they made me an appointment right away. The other Ford dealership I called gave me excuses about part availability. The day of the appointment, I was met with a friendly smile and told it may take two days for the repair. They actually call me that afternoon and said my truck would be ready the next day. I would highly recommend Peoria Ford to anyone.
