Excellent service and customer care. Our service writer, Shawna Thies, was exceptional and explained everything, no surprises except good ones, like the car was washed after service and a Lift ride was provided for us to go eat while waiting for service. We have another Ford dealer that we have used for 50 years within 2.5 miles of our home that never offered this kind of service. Thank you PEORIA FORD we appreciate you.
