Im happy to say that our experience at Peoria Ford was 10x better than the other local dealerships. Im not going to bash the competition but I will compliment Peoria Ford and our sales rep Cord!! He was the only sales person to address us professionally (asked our names, shook our hands, provided his name and offered us a water) and instead of telling us that they have no inventory he said Im sure I can help you. We purchased the Bronco Sport and we want to thank the entire team Peoria Ford!

I was surprised when I discovered that the dealer required an automobile to be actually on site to wait for a technician to be able to look at it. The original estimate was 5 days wait before it could be looked at: however they were quicker than that. Beck was professional and courteous and provided excellent service. I was surprised that the cost of a single part to repair the steering system was nearly 5% of the total cost of what I paid for the vehicle when it was new. They did a very good job actually fixing my car. They weren't communicative about the status of my car, they made it take longer than it should have taken, and that was a great handicap to my work life.
