Our first service on our 2021 King Ranch was totally a non-event. The service advisor fully disclosed all events included within the service and contacted us upon completion. Job well done, thank you.

The service advisor was active in the repair of my vehicle and communications were clear. Not always what I wanted to hear but I was always kept up to date. The only real issue I had was with the availability of parts.

It was supposed to take 2 days and ended up being 4 days. They only have 1 guy working on recalls.
