Had my 2016 Ford F150 XLT vehicle in for service that included an OLF + tire rotation, engine/radiator flush for the summer as well as a minor recall. Met with Adam Croner in Service. Very cordial and polite, and very detailed oriented. Vehicle service issues addressed expediently and did not take as long as I thought it would take.
