I always enjoy going to Peoria Ford - primarily because of Mike Gaddinis great follow through. My only feedback on this visit was that it was scheduled for a routine oil change etc. and I ended up being there almost 4 hours and it was still a routine oil check up - I think that of the people doing the work need to be reminded that we customers are paying for service and our time is valuable also.

Spencer was a very good service advisor. Good communicator. The only issue we had was that the car went in for a possible transmission leak and did not get looked at for over a week. Leak not found so dye put into system and was told to come back. Why was this not identified while it was in for that week.
