I'm in Arizona for a few months and needed service on my F - 350 and searched 3-4 dealers on-line and decided to call Peoria Ford for an appointment. When I arrived at least 2 service advisors greeted me and Adam Croner was the advisor that wrote up the work order and answered all the questions that I had. Adam is a professional advisor that knows what customer service is all about. Everyone at this dealer greets you with a hello or good morning. A very positive experience. Bob Duplessie
