Our Sales rep was Mitchell Carpenter. He did not pressure us; he was patient and polite and very easy to work with. We were delighted. We have chosen a car and have not been able to finalize finance with our insurance company totaling our car after an accident. The payment has been wickedly delayed, but Mitchell continues to be patient!
