Fleet service was adept and personable with the issue solved on first visit. Could use a few more mechanics so simple problems don't take overnight. My issue was a dead cell in a new FoMoCo battery which should have been able to be addressed in one visit. Justin was a joy to work with.

It wasn't great. I was there for a recall. I was told the first visit would be to inspect the part to see if replacement was necessary. I was told it would take 2 hrs. When I arrived I was told it could take all day. I took a Lyft home. After inspection I was told the defective part would need to be replaced. They had to order it and it would be in the following Tuesday. They would call to make another appt to put it in. I haven't heard anything yet. Not impressed. It's been over a week.
