I am extremely pleased with my experience. My service writer Al is definitely a professional!!! He took great care of my truck and me as well. I had to get some warranty work done, Al kept me advised on the progress of work and made sure I had a rental car while I waited for work to be done. I definitely recommend Peoria Nissan!!!

Service was great as always. Our former service rep Paul Watz has left the company and our new young service rep Ryan did a fine job and was very polite and helpful. He will be a fine addition to Peoria Nissan service department.

The person assigned to me wasn't at all courteous or helpful, I use a walker he didn't open doors or get my vehicle me, just pointed outside to the wrong vehicle. I was also charged for an oil change, I bought the vehicle new and was supposed to get 2 a year, I only needed 3 and was charged for this one. I bought 3 cars from this dealership in the last 7 yrs, I won't buy my next one from them.

In regards to the oil change, the contract that you had signed does have disclosures listing what is and isnt covered based on mileage, time in between etc. and any other maintenance thereafter is the customers responsibility.
