The recall issue was addressed. However the service agent did not walk into the drive to meet me and did not wash the vehicle as he offered. I noticed that most of the service agents were comparatively new and that the prior staff was no longer there. Also the new staff wasnt as friendly. I also noted that charges for several services had increased. Im no longer comfortable trusting my vehicle to their care.
My fuel system was cleaned (decarb, fuel injectors, and throttle) in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.
