Can't say enough good about the experience. From the quick, friendly greeting to the final check out, the process is uniformly smooth and enjoyable. I know that my Titan is reviewed with care and I have never been offered a service that it did not need. In this latest visit, my service agent went over and above to fix the visor that my daughter said she didn't break. ;-) Highly recommended !

After 2 hours I was informed my truck was ready. when I asked if the extra maintenance I had requested had been completed I was told, no we didn't know you wanted it done. I then had to wait another 2 hours while the truck was returned to the garage and the extra maintenance was completed. This was 100% the service departments fault as Nissan had sent me a text message at 8:50 AM to go to their website and approve the total bill for $717.53, which I did.

Didnt tell me much. Found out later (while on the highway) my tires were messed up but they didnt tell me. Fixed clutch, plate, and clutch wheel though.
