The person who took my appointment over the phone seemed rather rushed... not quite impolite but brusque. Also, the Carfax "automatically added" oil and filter change is inaccurate. I only came in to get my Zaktek paint protection plan used.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Altima. It only had one FOB. The dealership provided me a 2nd at no charge. Gary Lummer in service was super nice. The programming was done in 45 minutes and they even washed the car. They even took time to explain how the climate control with the remote start works. Great service.
