I needed to pick up my car the following day and it was left unlocked on the lot all night. I was unable to get in touch with the sales floor, otherwise it was fine.

I arrived first thing in the morning before they opened. There was a long line of cars ahead of me, but the service advisors made quick work of the line. It took a little while for me to see the advisor I had the appointment with specifically, but he was polite and listened to my concerns. The repair seems to have fixed most of the noises I was experiencing. When I picked my car back up, he was once again very polite and appreciative of my choosing the dealership for my Altima's needs.
