Robert took great care of us and even though a part had to be ordered, he got our car back to us quickly. He also was in contact with me by phone several times giving me status reports. This was very much appreciated.
Service was efficient and timely. Staff clearly explained what was being done. I am not sure why I was sent an email about a proposed action when I was just in the next room. Could staff have walked to confer with me?
