They are the reason I found it so easy to trust Peoria Nissan as a dealership. The way they treat people is refreshing and is unfortunately rare in this line of business. The service folks I dealt with were excellent.
They were late for its appt. Seems like it too longer than scheduled to finish, My service rep was friendly an kept me informed of the progess of the service. He answered my questions in a friendly manner.
Met by Srvc Rep immediately to check-in, while waiting on my car, service and sales staff walking by said hello and some stopped to talk to make me feel welcomed. Work was completed in timely manner and work fully met our satisfaction
I feel confident work Dione well. The waiting time is always so long
Scott Clouse was our service advisor. Turns out he is the best in the business. Our problem required a lot of trouble shooting. Thankfully Scott is a Pro.
