Service is very good. My car was ready when promised. The only thing that is annoying is the sales staff bugging me to trade my car in while I am there waiting.

A 12-inch crack in the windshield was "missed" in your "Nissan Certified" used car inspection. I don't believe that and neither do you. The actuator in the driver's door lock was inoperable, and you missed that too. Now fixed, but only through a stroke of luck that you had a part on hand because someone else who wouldn't be in for weeks had one waiting for them.
