Was done on time. They did find other things it needed. Some I had not budgeted for. Not there fault.

Service is very good. My car was ready when promised. The only thing that is annoying is the sales staff bugging me to trade my car in while I am there waiting.

A 12-inch crack in the windshield was "missed" in your "Nissan Certified" used car inspection. I don't believe that and neither do you. The actuator in the driver's door lock was inoperable, and you missed that too. Now fixed, but only through a stroke of luck that you had a part on hand because someone else who wouldn't be in for weeks had one waiting for them. And I still have an issue with what is either a rip or an improper installation of the upholstery on one of the rear seats. You should not be allowed to use "Nissan ... read more
