Ryan was wonderful with helping my husband and I through the process of buying our first home. He was readily available to answer our questions and help guide us through the loan approval process. This was our 2nd time working with Brandon on a refinance, as he had done such a great job the time before. We reached back out to him this time as we noticed interest rates were getting low, and he had really worked with us before. For the second time, Ryan guided me through the whole process of refinancing, and once again everything was as easy and simple as the first time. I knew that I was dealing with an experienced and responsible professional, that was leading me through a safe negotiation. We refinanced with Corey and I can not say enough good things about him and his company. We closed in about 3 weeks and the paperwork was straight forward and easy to sign online. The interest rate will save us around 24K.
