The entire process was quick and easy; everything handled online (except for closing) in a matter of weeks. John McDonald was awesome; guided me thru the process step-by-step. I was able to keep my real estate taxes and homeowners insurance separate from my mortgage...just like I wanted! I highly recommend John McDonald and Perennial Funding.

We worked with Ryan on obtaining our first home mortgage. He went above and beyond to help us and meet all of our needs. He made himself available nights and weekends to write pre-approval letters if needed. He called just to check in and was always happy to answer any questions (which I had plenty of).
