Very professional and humanistic doctor. I was lucky to meet Dr. Cala for my ankle operation and the follow up of my treatment. My wife and me we are are very happy with him and his team that is why we gave them the maximum score and we recommend him everybody.

the first time I called I was placed on hold for 11 mins, call answered and the office immediately disconnected, I called again i said i wanted to make an appt and was put on hold without notification, I called again and call was just automatically put on hold. I gave it 1 star becaue I had no other options but it deserves a 0
Wait time is well over 1 to 2 hours, maybe more. They overbook. Have been taking my elderly mother to have her toe nails cut for many years but not anymore. The techs who cut her nails are very rough and not very empathetic.
Horrible
Terrible place. the seats are disgustingly dirty, and their employees are dumb as can be. I was supposed to have an MRI done, the day before MRI I received a call letting me know that Dr. didn't request authorization. I am already looking for another orthopedist.
THE STAFF AND THE DR. PEREZ ARE HORRIBLE.. They are incompetent .. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY NOTHING ELSE. They treat there patients horrible. They Have long waiting times. The Receptionist at the front are a joke. They cant even speak proper English let alone get there jobs done. WORSE OFFICE EVER!
