Dr. Arcedo puts you at ease as soon as he sees you. He is very professional and I'm very happy with the care he provides
I think he’s wonderful. Doesn’t treat you like a liar and understands pain!
I saw Dr. Arcedo several times during the course of a year. I have a rare incurable genetic disorder, and he agreed to try prolotherapy injections to see if they would help. Unfortunately, they didn't, but he came up with a different plan to help me manage my pain. My insurance changed, and I had to switch doctors, but he bent over backwards to help get me through the transition. He is one of the few MDs who still genuinely care about patients.
I too disagree the the negative comments here. I found Dr. Arcedo very friendly and caring. I thought he did an excellent job with the test (on my wrist) and write-up he sent to my referring doctor. I would not hesitate going to him again and would highly recommend him to others.
I couldn't disagree more with the reviews left here. Dr Arcedo is very professional and always listens and cares about helping with my pain. His medical assistant always asks how I am and is friendly and professional. Anytime I have to contact him with a problem or question, he always responds quickly, even on the weekends. He is also very kind and gentle when giving cortisone injections. I would definitely recommend him.
The procedure itself went very well; however my experience in pre-pocedure and post procedure was poor and unprofessional. All of the medical staff associated with my appointment were focused on getting to leave early and dismissed my low blood sugar levels and symptoms that I was experiencing. My blood sugar dropped down to 51, and the doctor instructed the triage nurse, that I would be fine, despite the symptoms I was experiencing. At one point the triage nurse/aid told me that I needed to hurry up because she had other pa... read more
I went in for a procedure that included 2 different cortisone injections in my back. Dr. Arecedo only did one. I didn’t find out until 2 days later when I went back in, on my own, because I was still experiencing a lot of pain. The Dr I saw then said that Dr. Arcedo “misread the order” and only gave me one shot. So, not only did I not get the 2 shots that I needed, but when Dr. Arcedo found out he had made the mistake, he did not reach out to contact me.I would not see this Dr again.
Absolutely terrible. Dr. Arcedo didn't listen to me or try to help me. He passed the buck and charged probably hundreds of dollars to my insurance for a 5 minute appointment. He didn't explain anything to me or answer any of my questions. I felt really uneasy and I just wanted to get out of there.
My sister just was scheduled with this doctor I have never seen such poor patient care in my life and being that I am in the medical field I can't see how this doctor still in business !! I will continue to look into this practice because no one deserves such bad treatment ! This is the worst doctor to send your family member to especially when the patients coming there are seeking relief of pain. Please do your research before excepting a doctor referral from your PCP ..It is your right!!!!!!!!
