Absolutely terrible. Dr. Arcedo didn't listen to me or try to help me. He passed the buck and charged probably hundreds of dollars to my insurance for a 5 minute appointment. He didn't explain anything to me or answer any of my questions. I felt really uneasy and I just wanted to get out of there.
My sister just was scheduled with this doctor I have never seen such poor patient care in my life and being that I am in the medical field I can't see how this doctor still in business !! I will continue to look into this practice because no one deserves such bad treatment ! This is the worst doctor to send your family member to especially when the patients coming there are seeking relief of pain. Please do your research before excepting a doctor referral from your PCP ..It is your right!!!!!!!!

Not only is he really uncaring and has the most horrible "bed-side manner" that I have experienced. That is except for his M.A. Yolanda, she has never said "Goodmorning, How are you?" let alone smiled in all of the appointments that I have had. When she does speak she literally acts like she would rather be doing anything else than her job! I have never met a more miserable person to be around! These two are made for each other. They are not only incompetent but treat you like an inconvenience.
