His crew that installed our elevator, took any and all precautions possible, to prepare the area of work. Our new home build was important to them and attention to detail as it was to me. RecommendedThis company is FABULOUS! I called in another company (South Jersey Elevator) when my elevator stopped working. They charged me about $400 for the visit and told me that I need 3 new door locks (one for each floor) for a total of $2,400. Something didn't smell right. So....I decided to try Personal Elevator just to see if I was being taken for a ride by the other company. RecommendedJust had our annual elevator inspection from them and the technician was great. This inspection was in greater detail then inspections I have had in the past with another company. He took the time to review everything with me. I highly recommend them.
RecommendedThe service technicians did a through job of inspecting my elevator. They checked the electrical outlets, the doors on each floor, the telephone in the elevator, reviewed with me once finished what they had done & left me a copy of their work product. The two technicians were extremely efficient & professional. Customer service that rates a perfect score is rare but your staff earned it.
