RecommendedFor the past fur years we were experiencing trouble with our 30+ year elevator crashing instead of stopping. Despite several service calls costing thousands of dollars with original company that installed the elevator... it wasn’t fixed. One service call with Personal Elevator in May has fixed it and it was fixed with their normal service call !!!! Very happy to have made the switch.

RecommendedPersonal Elevator recently assumed our service for a residential Inclinator elevator from another company. When a problem developed, PE's service was professional and thorough. I was notified in advance when the service man had to be about 30 minutes later than scheduled.
