We have been using Pet Haven for many years and have always felt like they truly care about our pets. They have been with us through everything from new puppies/kittens to end of life care and everything in between. I can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else even though it's a drive across town for us. They've always been attentive, caring, and compassionate. �
I drive by a lot of Veterinarian clinics on my way to Pet Haven. It’s a 25 mile round-trip for me and I do it gladly. The staff is so competent and helpful anytime you call. I have a primary veterinarian. She sees my dogs and cats anytime I set up an appointment. But, if there is an emergency, I can call and get my dog or cat in with anyone. Usually at the drop of a hat. Our dogs have gone to Pet Haven for 13 years. The group is simply amazing. We recently lost our female beagle and they were so compassionate. They also sent us her footprints and made a donation to an animal charity in her name. It's so hard dealing with sick or dying furry family members. The Pet Haven staff treat their patients (and their patients "parents") like family. And for that, we are forever grateful.
I would like to thank Dr. Simon, and all involved in working with my Brussels Griffons last week. All staff were professional, friendly, and compassionate in working toward best care practices for my girls. Thank You!
They are very helpful with my mini Doxie she has a infected tooth. I like how they let you know how much everything is going to be. Before doing anything. They are also cheaper than the other place I’ve been. Very friendly staff.
