I have had good service everytime I have been in. My dog has never had a vet listen to her when she said she had bad reactions everytime she had to have a rabies shot. A shot of benadryl prior made a world of difference. In addition this clinic does not demand a physical to get heartworm bloodwork like 90% of west wichita vets including the one she was established with since a pup. Good service and great for those on a budget. Would recommend.
Dr. Hauptman, Dr. Spiller, and Dr. Smith are amazing. I have been taking my babies here for years and I wouldn't trust my children with anyone else. The vet techs, Michelle, Paige, Carrie and Bekki are awesome! Very kind and sweet. Still getting to know Cary, but he seems very genuine. At the front, Stephanie, Tara and Jessica take good care of us always! Kimber had to have both ACL's replaced this year and Dr. Spiller is a genius. Kimber recovered very quickly. Cannot say enough about this wonderful staff. They saved our dog this week when he ate a tough nylon toy. They also have done two amazing ligament reattachment surgeries on our other dog this past year. Amazing surgeons!!!! Very down to earth approach, and they came through for us in a way we will always be grateful for. They gave us the merriest Christmas we could have had.
