The location is very clean. They keep all the runs and play areas clean. We've left out dog several times and had no issues.
I truly adore the attentiveness the staff gave me and my pup, I dropped him off for day care and a nail trim and this is the first place I didn't have to send him back to get his dewclaws done. 10/10 highly recommended
Definitely recommend this place! My Dog loves it there. He don't mind being around with dogs. They have cameras on so you can see what's going. friendly kennel technicians! Love it!
We love the Apollo Beach location. My full bred Labrador, Rocko, is so well taken care of, the staff love him and play with him often. He loves to swim and is always in the pool or running around it playing with his friends. Rocko started going there when he was a baby, then went through the training program with Kel (if you need your dog trained, Kel is the best) and has been going to day camp and occasional boarding ever since. Lacey loves going here for day camp. She's trying to jump out of the car before I get her seatbelt off. She comes home exhausted from playing with her new friends. The staff is great and and Lacey loves them.
They really love my dog. He is so excited every time he gets there. I can't contain his excitement. It's obvious that he loves them as well.
My dog is weary around people sometimes but she did great with her chaperones and they worked with her slowly and did not push her beyond her limits they worked with her on her time. 100% will be going back.
Unbelievable! My Polly has found her second home! Opening day, Polly came in and the manager Nick and his staff did an amazing job! I couldn't be more pleased. this is a beautiful facility, great hours, and tentative staff! Polly came home happy and relaxed. I'm so grateful. Polly will be visiting often. Thank you!
