I drive a pretty good distance to continue to have my dog groomed here after moving away from a nearby neighborhood in St. John's county. Danielle is so good to my fur baby. In fact, we go through the trouble to have my daughter's dog groomed by her all the way from Amelia Island after her pup recently had a terrible experience at their local Petco. I have an 8 and a half year old German Shepherd that I was boarding for the first time. I was nervous about leaving him alone but the friendly staff immediately put me at ease. I would highly recommend their services.

My dog absolutely loves Doggy Day Camp. The staff is great. They are kind and patient with my very hyper dog. The facility has a pool, and great play areas. I highly recommend.

I signed my bernedoodle up for a full day of camp and he had the best time!! Loved the pool time and the staff also playing with him all day!! Thank you for a great day!!

Can't understand why only 2 ratings. We've had our 9 MO minidoodle there twice now and it's gone great. Very clean and nice facility. People are all friendly. My dog comes home happy and tuckered out!

Absolutely would not recommend sending your dog here. We boarded our two dogs here in August & are still dealing with the aftermath. We have a yellow lab and a labradoodle. When I got home after picking them up, I noticed my lab was covered in bite marks and was sick and lethargic. I first called Pet Paradise to find out what's going on and was told by the manager that he would speak to his team and give me a call back... of course, never got a call back. This has got to be one of the worst businesses customer service wise out there. The service was a complete groom and the groomers are always great. However, we didn't even get to that point this go around. This was probably the 10th time where I drove to the business for my scheduled appointment, just for them to tell me that the staff was overbooked and that I needed to reschedule. First visit with our dog for grooming and she was there for 7 hours!! We had no updates as to what was going on. When questioned we were told they booked too many big dogs and got behind. Their appointment scheduling is very detailed so there is no reason not to know the size of dog being scheduled. Questionable if we will go back.

When you pay for a service and request something specific you'd think that business would try to accommodate your request. Day camp costs $47 for a full day. I made a reservation on April 14th and had one simple request. I asked Pet Paradise Bartram to keep my dog out of the pool or any water seeing as he received grooming x 5 days ago.
