Still waiting for that call I never received wanting more information on my experience with this location. I'm not holding my breathe at this point. It's a shame that people can't run a sound business with ethics these days.

19 hours ago December 28, 2022 was one of the most heartbreaking days of my life. That was the day our bernedoodle, Bernie, died as a result of the neglect and understaffing of Pet Paradise Bartram. On Christmas Day we watched on the camera in the large dog day camp area, as only one staff member was left responsible to watch over at least 30 dogs. My free "meet & greet" day turned expensive and my dog was severely hurt. I brought my dog there 4/25 for her 'meet and greet' day so we could try it out before boarding. I got a call at 3pm from a staff member that one of her paws was bleeding possibly from her nail and asking if I wanted their in-house vet to look at it. Of course I said yes and raced down there from work to all four of my dog's paws bandaged and taped up. They said that the cement, pool and turf caused her paws to be rubbed raw??? My dog went home totally dehydrated. I picked him up at 9am after he was there 5 days. Did not figure out how bad of shape he was in until getting home and how lethargic he was. He drank 4 bowls of water immediately, and another 5 in the next 3 hours. He did not urinate until later that evening. He barely moved, we checked with a vet and were told to monitor him.
