Everything. My dog likes to socialise and the community there was very open to her. My baby loved the pool. The staff were very nice. You can tell they really love the animals. .
My dogs stayed at the Columbia SC location for daycare. The staff was eager to accommodate my requests. The facility is excellent and has rooms with outside runs which is the only type of boarding I'd ever consider. Well done!
My dog and granddog had an unpleasant experience at this facility. The first time there seemed to be pleasant, but the second time was very unpleasant. Both dogs appeared to be traumatized when they were picked up. My dog medicines were not administered for his ears. They were very inflamed. My dog food containers were not throughly cleaned and had mold on the lids. Both dogs were wet and not because they were swimming. My reservation was confirmed, but upon arriving they wouldn't/didn't accept my dog. All day play is advertised, but he was always in his room with no interaction with other pets or people every time I checked the cameras. When I asked them about it, they lied and said he didn't want to go outside and play. The staff is careless and very rude.

I booked a reservation for my dog. I paid my $100 deposit and received an email stating the reservation is confirmed. The following morning at approximately 7:38am I received an email stating the reservation was moved to the waitlist. Upon speaking with the resort manager Alex, she claimed they have been overbooked for weeks and all reservations being made were going to the waitlist. Other than the beautiful facility and easy booking process, I am disappointed. I was hoping it was an isolated incident but my fur baby continues to go without food and treats for 10-12 hours. I'm never able to see any interaction of the staff with pets when I look on the cameras. It appears that they are just in the little runners all day. I have several visits left but I am not sure I want to take him back.
We drove an hour and a half for absolutely nothing. Don't ever book with this place! We called the day before to confirm and ask questions, and not once did they mention their policy that if your dog can't go into the kennel completely by themselves, they won't accept them. I understand they can't pull or pick dogs up, but the one female employee didn't even make an attempt to help and was also extremely rude. Beware of making online reservation! We made reservations for our dogs for a weekend trip and received a reservation confirmation. On the day of the trip, 2 hours before leaving, we received a notification that they were now on a wait list and would not likely have a space. The attendant stated that the system was automated.
