Really have bad to say here. The dogs have full ac, clean kennels, and a clean shared space. There are pools for the dogs that like to swim, and they take the animals out a few times a day for socializing. They even have camera so you can check on your pet! Most places charge so much more for nightly stays, so I'm really impressed with their pricing. Their website is also great, it keeps track of vaccinations, appointments, etc.... Super easy overall and a great place to leave your dog.
My dog loves it here. She stays overnight and she gets groomed here. I'm planning to have her go for day care soon also. The staff are great and so nice. Very professional and I'm comfortable leaving my furry baby here in their good hands.
had our two dogs groomed the best job we have ever experienced the grominer was the best. the staff was very efficient and our dogs loved our groomer we definitely recommend Pet Paradise Dripping Springs.
We have loved you guys since you very first opened! Such amazing staff and energy. Unfortunately my last encounter with the new manager (Debby?) was extremely off-putting. We have an older lab, that she very rudely requested that we no longer bring for grooming. (His back legs aren't the best). No issue with the sentiment that he may now be considered a liability to the business.. Issue was the lack of bedside manor she had. We've been going to doggy camp for the last few months and my dog loves Pet Paradise! He is so happy coming and going and I love getting to watch him on the cameras. They've also added in grooming spots for me last minute which I appreciate!
We always know she's having fun, getting taken care of & enjoying all of it! We honestly couldn't have found a better place to take our dog. You can't go wrong at Pet Paradise

My dog is greeted by name when I drop him off. The staff has never pushed any upgrades or services. When Hank went for the first time for boarding, they did temperament "testing" to see if he was more hyper or mellow. He's a chill doodle that can be either, depending on his mood. Just had our first stay for our Aussie Cattle & Golden Retriever. They were both put in a room with each other that had a private patio they could use. The facility is clean and the staff was very nice and seamed to genuinely care for our dogs. We will be using them again and recommend to others.
I can't say enough good things about Pet Paradise DS. My fur babies love to go there for a day or board for a week. The staff is always friendly and flexible. We've had to extend our pets stay on several occasions and they have been very accommodating. Oh dogs come home happy and we can watch them play on videos, making me happy.
