Consistently poor customer service. The only reason why we went here was at a convenience. Would definitely not recommend this place.
Avoid at all costs!!! Management is a disaster and extremely rude. The assistant manager Nathan called us 12 hours before our drop off time to tell us they were canceling our reservation due to our dog having Von Willebrand disease which hampers his bloods ability to clot due to larger than normal blood vessels. It really only is any issue if having major surgery. They said because of this they wouldn't accept him because he could scratch himself and not stop bleeding which is absolutely false. Unfortunately, my pup went into boarding healthy and came out very sick. I realized dogs can get sick. However, my dog was extremely sick and the vet thinks it was due to a chemical that was used at Pet Paradise. When we contacted staff about this, we were given the runaround and how it is our fault.
I called to check if my appointment was all good then when I got there they said they couldn't take my dog because her shot expired even though I called ahead and they said everything was all good
