My dogs love coming here. They are always so nice at the front desk and I love seeng my dogs play on the cameras. Love this place.
Our dog stayed with Pet Paradise for 12 days and I was very pleased with the staff. I like that there is always someone in the area/room with the dogs all the time while they are out of their kennel. I also like that they have numerous cameras available to be able to watch you pet. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
My Archie loves it here. The staff is very caring. I know he is getting the best. He is a small guy and loves to be with people, other dogs not so much.
Good and Bad about Pet Paradise Hilton Head. Great website, easy to use and book. Staff is generally responsive. More outside staff is definitely needed to supervise the play yard. We boarded our 10 year old mixed breed dog there on 3 separate occasions. MacKenzie is a sweet, older girl and we board her in a VIP suite. She has always done well with other dogs. First time MacKenzie came back with a torn off toenail, $800 vet bill but that was a fluke....not their fault. Second time we went to pick her up and she was bleedin... read more
Both my dogs love it here at Pet Paradise! I am very thankful for the care the employees give to each of them. As for the lady who gave this 1 star - you are blaming Pet Paradise for not informing you that your dog's vacinnation expired?? Really? Disappointing that some folks have ridiculous expectations.
Kind of crazy to read two out of the three reviews for Pet Paradise, when clearly one has not properly socialized their two dogs themselves and has no understanding of how boarding kennels work. IF you didn't want your dogs with other dogs because they "were not socialized by owners"...then you could 1.) choose to leave them with an at home pet sitter or 2.) find a rental unit that allows you to have them with you while visiting/traveling or 3.) get them trained/socialized(which should be part of an owner's care when raisin... read more
Absolutely, my dog loves this place can't wait to play with his doggie buddies and swim in the pool
Came here to check out the facilities. It was nearby Starbucks and I noticed they used the word Pet not Dog in their business name. So as I park and enter this place I noticed several gates to get into the entrance. I immediately see pools located outside with dogs. They separate by size. So I ask what about Cats considering I have three. They point over to a sad looking room with cells to lock them up in. At $32. cat per night $26. Per additional cat. We boarded our two cats in December for five days. When we arrived to pick them up, one of the cats refused to leave his kennel. I volunteered to assist, and was appalled at the mess in the kennel. It was disgusting and the smell was terrible. I don't think either of their kennels had been cleaned at all. On top of that my cat was terrified. When we got home he did not allow either of us to touch him for several days, and it took two baths to remove the stench from both of our cats. We will never board our cats there ... read more
