The staff were amazing and they took great care of my baby! They were also able to cut my babies nails and he rarely ever lets anyone. They sent me this picture while he was there
This place is amazing. I was gone for 9 days and they went above and beyond to take care of my dogs Stella and Brownie. I will be using this location every time I travel. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, just over all amazing. Very very clean facility. My dogs didn't even smell when I picked them up. Highly recommend using Pet paradise Lake Buena Vista for your fur babies.
Probably the only Pet Paradise we've taken our boy to that he hasn't come home smelling like a dumpster fire lol. Also so glad that they have a military discount now! Such a game changer. Staff is friendly and helpful. So glad we brought our guy here instead of the airport location.
We're big Pet Paradise fans and wanted to write a review because this location is exceptional!! My dog usually comes home smelling like urine, even at other pet paradise locations. We were pleasantly surprised to pick her up today in the exact same condition we brought her. Clean and no shower necessary!!! The staff were very kind and the facility was SO clean. I want to start off saying my experience with 2-3 other pet paradise locations (two in Jax and one in Orlando) has sadly not been good. Honestly I think I had a string of bad luck with the locations before. Every time I would pick up my dog he would have either a cough, some kind of eye funk, & once - giardia. This would all set in 24-48 hours after leaving pet paradise, which in turn meant a vet visit. Therefore costing a pretty penny and poor Teddy not feeling his best. AMAZING PLACE! the staff is so attentive, the place felt and looked so clean. When I arrived there was a bunch of dogs playing outside and then they took my dog Bleu outside to meet some of the other dogs and based on her behavior they gave her a group to play with. I was able to check on her through the cameras every day and I paid for her to have extra play time which I can tell she enjoyed! The staff are so attentive and care for the dogs. The facilities are lovely and look like a lot of fun, with a pool for big dogs. We got a report card for our dogs which was an added super nice touch. We plan to use them again.

We left our little ones Riley and Fiona trying to get out of dodge from the hurricane. We were pleasantly surprised that they were neither upset being away from us, Riley is a 14 year old yorkie that is completely blind, Fiona is 4 years old. They were not the least bit upset or anxious being with this facility. I would highly recommend it. Watching the larger dogs interact with each other in the pool was awesome, it made me happy just watching their interaction. This is a great place to take your puppers to!

If you are receiving one free day pass for your first time dog Day care be careful and make sure they PAY attention to them and listen to your inquire. My experience wasn't good, unfortunately watching the cameras over and over I notice my dog was fully ignored and nobody even put a hand on her head to invite her to try to play or get some sweet attention.
