I don't understand after several times boarding Banks at Pet Paradise we run into the same issue. We pay a good amount of money to have him boarded there. This is now the third time he has been sent home with an issue that we now are going to have to pay to see what is wrong and what medicine I assume to fix it. But how my dog stays there for the amount of time he did and to be checked out and no one notice he has bumps all over him is just neglect to my dog. We got no phone call or anything. If I could give 0 stars I would....Awful grooming service, I took my goldendoodle for a medium trimm, I asked them several times and stated that I didn't want her hair short and teddy bear face, well look the before and after photos, my puppy looks now like a hairless cat, I was in tears she've lost all her curls. I'm never taking her back again.

I was traveling this past weekend to a family members wedding and had to board my dogs for the 1st time ever. I picked Pet Paradise facility that was close to the airport we were traveling to/ from. I gave them the ages, weights, sizes, vaccine records and they sent me a quote for $530 which i paid in full at drop off. The morning we returned home we drove straight to the facility (20 mins) from the airport. We arrive and are told we owe another $143 . I decided to try Pet Paradise for the first time and since I was a offered a free first visit, I was going to leave my dog there overnight for one night to socialize with other dogs and just to see if it's someplace that works for the next time I go on vacation, when I first walked in, the place smelled horrible and I'm not sure why because there's no dogs in the lobby area. I dropped my CLEAN dog off hoping I could go on this family vacation in peace and when I picked him up HE WAS COVERED IN HIS OWN PEE!! I was hoping they could at least bathe him if he did all that mess but apparently they made him sit on it. Thank god that front desk girl sympathized with me and even offered to wash my dog for me but I said no since she was sweet and gave him a bath home.

Wish I could give "No stars" My cat Batman attended Pet Paradise for 3 years when we lived in Georgia and no issues what so ever! so when we moved to Florida I didn't hesitate to put him back into pet paradise here. BIG MISTAKE! I paid for the report cards and everyday they said "how friendly he is with all the staff" "he's cuddly, warm, wanting petted etc.." Low quality services for the price , rude groomers ,I took my dog in today February 28th for gooming I was a couple of minutes late and "Hayden" that's the groomer had a nasty attitude disrespectful calling me out in front of everyone, when I ask to speak to a manager I was told that managers have no control on groomers that they were separate,that's ridiculous, don't take your pet in please
