This was a new groomer for my baby. We loved it, it's close to everything. Forgive me - Mindy, Melissa, or Mandy - I know it starts with an M - she was amazing and my boo cakes were happy. They are extremely friendly and sweet. The service is quick and easy to make appointments.
Would not trust anyone with my baby until I met Miss. Leidy here at Pet Paradise Lake Nona. She's loving, caring, and attentive to these babies. Chewie is now happy to stay for play-days, and I have peace of mind. Thank you Pet Paradise for having such wonderful staff!

My pup loves this place and all the workers are the best. Every time I say "day camp" he can't wait to go and jump in the pool lol.
Great with our older adopted dog, who gets anxious when being left due to his past of being left and abandoned. They treated him like a special little guy, helping to relieve his anxiety of feeling abandoned. Thank you!
This place has been a clutch dog sitter for us. Our sitter from rover moved to Cali and we needed a sitter for a weekend getaway. I used to use the winter garden location, but they are usually sold out as of lately. I don't even try to book with winter garden anymore I book directly with the Lake Nona location. This place has so far "knock on wood" always had availability and take extremely good care of our dobie Royal. So far I'm in love with the new location. It's super convenient if you are near the Boggy Creek Rd exit on 417. The staff was friendly and if they didn't have an answer, they had no problem finding someone that could help. My huskies as usual loved their time at Pet Paradise. The pool area here is epic compared to the locations in FL that they have been too. They always come home totally exhausted from their time here. It's like a mini vacation for them. We have had two good experiences here. Beautiful facility with professional staff. My pup is not neutered yet so he is not allowed to be with the other dogs in daycare and is required to be in a suite all alone with a couple of playtime's with staff during the day. That's ok, he was well cared for. My only concern is this place is so popular and there were 25 large dogs that I counted in one playgroup. Pet Paradise is providing their facility to ICE agents and K-9's. They arrive before sunrise and use a private entrance. This company has also provided them with a lot to park their vehicles. POC - PLEASE BE CAREFUL! ICE OUT OF FLORIDA!!!!
