We reserved an Indoor Suite for our two small dogs for over the Christmas holiday and paid a $100 deposit to confirm the reservation. I received a text confirmation for the reservation of the indoor suite the day before we were to drop them off. When we arrived to drop them off, the person at the desks was going over feeding, pick up date, and then stated that they were at capacity, and because our dogs were small, they had moved their reservation from an indoor suite to a Tiny Town Cabana, which is a 3 foot by 3 foot crate ... read more

Extremely Disappointed with Pet Paradise / NewDay Veterinary Care Wellness Plan. I am writing this review with sadness and disappointment. Our beloved dog Hayze passed away in early September, and during this difficult time, we learned that Pet Paradise / NewDay Veterinary Care is still charging us for his wellness plan -- even after his passing. When I contacted the Lake Nona location to cancel, I was informed that the policy requires the plan to be paid in full through the end of the contract, regardless of the circumsta... read more

Quite disappointed with Pet Paradise Lake Nona. Our dog stayed was there for 9 days. Came home with almost no voice (raucously) and very anxious. Front desk lady was not so responsive and seemed not to be willing to give details of his staying. Will definitely not come back again.

I can't reply to you. I spoke with a manager of your staff who said they did not see notes about keeping him very limited from going outside. They did not see any previous notes of his pads being burnt from a previous stay. I was given excuses of what could of caused this. That is not a solution! I trusted you with my pet and he comes home injured. Then I was told to take him to the vet and then send the bill which then your vet and corporate would review to determine if they would reimburse us. You have a vet in the buildin... read more

What really happened to Bruce in Pet Paradise care? Its more two weeks now and we are still waiting for an truthful answer to this question. Brett, pet paradise manager said that they will conduct an investigation regarding circumstances on why Bruce suffered a severe dehydration that eventually lead to chronic renal failure.
