We took our 1 year old Great Pyrenees to get groomed for the first time ever & we had an amazing experience! Everyone in the office was so sweet and very attentive. Our pup is fully deaf so they took their time with her to make sure she was comfortable. I wasn’t too sure on the type of cut I wanted for her & the groomer, Amber, came out and spoke with me and walked me through it. Pet Paradise in Odessa is a dream for pups! My beagle Arden had an absolute blast playing and relaxing, with the staff providing top-notch care. Check-in was flawless and seamless, and everyone was so welcoming. Special shoutout to Lauren for her amazing attention to Arden— we’ll be back soon! 5 stars!
We had such a great experience at Pet Paradise Odessa. The team was so welcoming and professional. The facility is VERY clean and they have several safety measures in place. Check in was very organized and the team was so warm and friendly. We felt very confident leaving our fur babies with the team at Pet Paradise. Pickup was smooth and the team seemed to enjoy our dogs as well which is always nice to hear. 💕
Love this location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My Dobermans and terrier come here any time we go out of town and they love it. Their personality never changed so I know they were happy while staying. Their picture request can be a little delayed and I did need to call in to request them for that day but they were quick to send them after. I'd still return with my pack.
From the time I made my animals boarding reservations to check-in and check-out, I never once had difficulty. The entire process was very easy to handle. When I first arrived at Pet Paradise of Odessa, I immediately got a friendly welcome from the staff. Everyone there is extremely friendly/warm and I immediately got the feeling that my pets would be truly cared for.
