Buddy & Sipsy have stayed in Tiny Town multiple times. They've been boarded in their own room. They spend a few hours there multiple times a year. I can always watch them on the cameras which assures me they are loved, fed, watered and happy. Reservations work and every dog there looks cared for!
I was cared for by every level of staff. They sent me pictures via text message about my pets stay with a report card. I added a wash and go on the day of pickup and my dog never smelled better
We've been coming here for almost a year and our dog absolutely loves it. The people here are extremely nice and really love animals. They all know our dog by name and he's so happy to see them. This was my first experience with Pet Paradise, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. My primary concern was the overall lack of communication, which left me feeling uneasy and without peace of mind while I was out of the country and my dog, Kolbie, was in their care. I gave an opportunity for Pet Paradise to reach out after filling out a survey after our pets' stay but we had zero response from that. We picked up our dog after 4 nights and he reeked of his own urine. He's a white dog so the urine stains were completely noticeable. He was covered on his back end and legs. We left our two babies here while on vacation and came back to filthy dogs. They both smelled like they had been laying in their own urine the entire week. My French bulldog had lost 3 pounds and by peke-a-poo came home with FLEAS on her. She is 10 years old and had never a flea prior to Pet Paradise. Make sure you know what your getting before you leave your dog here. We left our 9 month old puppy in the Kyle location for 6 nights. When I could not see her on any of their cameras, I called, only to find out that boarded dogs are only let out twice daily for 30 minutes. So for 23 hours, boarded dogs stay in a cage. I had to pay an extra $20 a day so she could get out of that cage and play. I still did not see her any more on their cameras. Lied about their package pricing, constant employee turn over, mistreat dogs. Don't waste your time, plenty of better options on the east end.
