Great customer service
We were looking for some items for our new puppy, adopted through Dogworks in Toledo and both staff members were extremely helpful and polite. We had questions and they were both knowledgeable about harnesses, leashes and puppy food. Very pleasant experience. It was also so nice that a Puppy Checklist, store ad and coupons were given too
Staff is helpful
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Josh for making us laugh at the register! The store has so many great items and a lot of sales to offer!
