My propane generator did not turn on like it should and the phone rep had the field service manager contact me and he had someone at my home by 6 o’clock. Thank you
The person who took my call was understanding , focused and helpful. The service technician showed up on time, even a bit early, which was great. He made sure everything was working smoothly before leaving. He wore a mask and was courteous.
