Awful customer service
First appointment technician did not have an order to clean the furnace only had an order to replace the oil gauge which he did not have despite me asking customer service if I should email a photo in advance. Second appointment technician only had an order to clean the furnace and no replacement gauge. Now a third appointment is needed for the gauge. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS STAY FAR AWAY ! . I was a petro oil customer for over 10 years until they started raping me with oil prices and annual service contracts $600.00 plus! , Then the scammers decided to cancel my contract because I was unsure I was going to renew, and when I still had a few weeks left in my service contract they DENIED me service ( had a furnace problem) What crooks !They use strong arm techniques to try and keep you , don't fall for the scam!
December 19th, 2018 Good afternoon Mr Matarese, I would like to share my experience about getting an oil delivery. I Called Monday and spoke with Patty . "someone will call you soon, I just the dispatcher and I'm not able to put you in schedule"" I was told. Of course no one contact me back.
