I have been with Petro over 30 years and for the most part have always been very satisfied with the service.
My experience was above a 5 with the service I received especially because not all businesses are as polite, friendly and knowledgeAble as Petro. In our World today.

The technician was awesome . He diagnosed the problem with the heater and resolved it in one visit. In the past serverl technician had to come.to fix one issue. The only suggestion I have is that the technician should make you aware of the cost before service is rendered. Awesome. Company and awesome service!

Service technicians are incredible. However, the price o is their heating oil is generally alot higher priced than any of their competitors.

We live in a restored 1830s farmhouse near Liberty Corner with a low ceiling basement that has presented challenges at times, but Petro always gets the job done, and done promptly and efficiently.
