Our family has used Petro when they were Sinkler. ALWAYS pleased with service and the professional men they send. HOWEVER we are experiencing a problem with our Central AC. We have had 4 different men out on going on 5th visit. Each time a different diagnosis. ...I am now waiting for a part on the 5th shot all the while my inside unit has ice on it and I am using fans. NOT HAPPY. The bill is piling up and still not working properly.

My heating problem was resolved quickly. The technicians who came out at 10:00pm on a Saturday night to fix my furnace were knowledgable, courteous, and polite. The service was excellent!

I was without heat and needed a new chimney liner and this was all done in a very timely manner. All of the techs and the chimney people were friendly and very efficent.
