First time with these folks for furnace maintenance. Impressive in the thoroughness of the annual inspection and tune-up; far more so than my prior company. All covered by annual contract, so they could easily have cut corners. They did not. My compliments to Chris K (aka Tech #118).
It went great. We did not have any issues. They did some follow up work which was pretty simple.

They've been very good so far. They gave me a deal on doing the tune up if I did it now. They charged me $80, but it's normally $130.
