I personally was not there. It was my daughter and her husband who dealt with the problem. They were pleased with the service.

We had a water leak from our furnace. The Petro Technician who came out to fix the leak was John. He arrived right on time & quickly identified the problem. He made the repair. He was very knowledgable & knew what he was doing. He also advised us of some issues with our furnace related to the water leak that will need to be repaired to prevent further leaking. The workmen arrived at 7am and worked tirelessly to install our new Oil Boiler and Oil Tank and everything was installed the same day up until around 6pm. The old oil boiler was hot and steaming and they removed it quickly and installed the new one. The oil tank they removed, transferred my existing oil into new tank, took off the legs and then removed it successfully up the basement stairs and out the door. The service person was personable and friendly. What I thought was going to be a simple problem was much more. He kept at finding a solution and got us up and running again after leaving to get more parts. Thanks!
